NAYI INDIA NAYI SOCH
Everyday you will find one or the
other politician talking on social, economic , international issues . Most of
them are highly ignorant but once elected media gives them special privilege to
talk whether talking sense or nonsense . Anyone becoming MP, MLA or even
Corporator are there representing public and to address people issues . But
before doing so have they got enough knowledge to address public issues ?
Any
Tom , dick and Harry winning election due to money, muscle, family linkage and representing
us . Even after 72 years of independence they keep talking of issues unresolved
and keep exploiting during elections time .
How can you make policy when you
are ignorant or not well versed with the subject ? How can you make beaurocrats
accountable and responsible when you yourself have no idea on the subject
matter .
Every corporate provides training
to its employees to upgrade their knowledge , skill set to make them productive
and increase corporate productivity . Why the same logic can not be employed
for all elected representatives . Why it should not be made mandatory for each
one of them to attend specific trainings which relates to life of an Indian .
They should know what are the real causes of all the malaises in economy ,
society etc , how to remove them , betterment process etc .
Parliament , Assemblies should identify
topics and have these trainings mandatory for all and properly and timely executive
as well from best of the professionals , domain experts etc .
Farmer issue is what everyone
talking . Most do not even know the root cause and how can be resolved .
