Surviving India vs Growing India
Surviving India vs Growing India .
This election is about selecting
survival vs growth. If a poor wants just to survive he will vote for Congress
but if he wants to grow he will vote for BJP.
I just take life of my
grandfather , father , me and my children . 4 generations. During my
grandfather time there was no aspiration for more products. just survive with whatever you had and live
life happily with grace of God . During my father time it was almost same .
During my early childhood life was same but as I came into job and further , aspiration
for new and better lifestyle started creeping in and that’s where growth began
( 90s ) . The journey continues and now in my children life they have aspirations
of having best of life , more , new and better products i.e improved lifestyle
. This is true for every person in India .
One conclusion -- the country ( people ) have moved from
survival to growth .
Since independence during my
grandfather and fathers time ( till early 90s ) it was Congress government –
Nehruji, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi . This family POLICTIAL PHYLOSOPHY HAD
BEEN HAVE A SURVIVING INDIA . Growth came only in 90s under Congress rule only
but under Narsimha Rao government ( Liberalisation ) . Once Sonia Gandhi was
opposed as PM she made Manmohan Singh as PM. A renowned economist continued
with his agenda of growth but corrupt Gandhi family took advantage of that
growth by doing corruption . MNREGA , 2G ,3G , Coalgate , Defence deal etc were route for Sonia Gandhi to loot money
through middlemen . Sonia Gandhi became 4th richest lady during this
Congress rule as Visionary Economist Manmohan Singh had become slave of this
Italian family .
Modiji again transformed India from
surviving India to Growing India . he kept a fine balance between improving providing
survival need and growth aspiration . Improving life style of poors by
providing basic amenities ( gas connection, electricity , house, toilets etc ) ,
also removing middleman and giving direct benefit ( through bank account ) but
also started MUDRA yojna to help enterprising poor who wanted growth .
Rahul Gandhi wants India and
poors in particular to again go back to surviving India so talking of NYAY
yojna . It means just be happy . live your life , be contented poor will get
minimum amount which is enough for survival and live like how your grandfather
lived . Rahul Gandhi knows the best way to remain in power like his ancestors
is make people dependent , they should just survive and not aspire for growth (
like before 90s ) whereas Modiji is motivating poor to be self reliant , grow
and bring prosperity in their lives .
A country and its people will
only grow when all become productive and not few grow to feed the rest .
Please guide the ignorant poors not
to fall into the trap .

2019 vs 2009 ( Economic Prosperity or Economic Doomness )
2019 vs 2009 ( Economic Prosperity or Economic Doomness )
Ten years have passed . Do any one find any similarity as I do .
2009 – Global economic meltdown , USA , China and Europe in economic distress . UPA 1 government in place and we voted for UPA 2.
SITUATION IN INDIA – A great opportunity wherein in the back of good growth from 2004-09 India could have attracted foreign inflows. FIIs/ FPIs seeing a negative ROI in their own economies would have invested in India . India would have flourished and grew by leaps and bounds .
BUT WHAT HAPPENED – In order to keep coalition partners happy ( Left had pulled out earlier so Congress did not want to get into minority ) no clear economic policy . Loots and corruption in almost all economic activities ( 2G,3G, Coalgate etc ) made foreign investors more apprehensive about India. So rather than inflow we saw outflow of foreign money . Market tanking and also domestic investors losing confidence . RECESSION IN INDIA WAS NOT NATURAL BUT IN FACT IMPOSED BY CONGRESS due to stated reasons .
CONSEQUENCES – we lost a golden 5 year ( 2009-14) wherein we could have doubled our growth and prosperity
NOW 2019 – Same situation as of 2009 being visible . USA , China and European countries facing imminent slowdown . A strong NDA government in place . Election to follow .
SITUATION IN INDIA – BETTER THAN 2009 . We are now in top 5 , our GDP growth is fastest in world, huge forex and gold reserve to counter any global negatives , policies and process for growth etc Foreign investors confidence for investment in India ,
WHAT CAN HAPPEN -- Either repeat of 2009 if we Indian vote out strong government ( BJP and NDA ) to replace again with corrupt , coalition , indecisive government ( Congress and others ) or we learn from our mistake , don’t lose this GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY and vote back BJP and NDA back to power .
Your Vote will decide – repeat of 20O( Opportunistic )9 or forward looking 20I(INDIA)9

“PARASITE INDIA” AND “BACKWARD INDIA” YOJNA BY RAHUL GANDHI
“PARASITE INDIA” AND “BACKWARD INDIA” YOJNA BY RAHUL GANDHI
( Please read this article
carefully and share with all if you find merit in it )
On 25th March 2019
Congress President and one of the aspirants for Prime Minister of India has
declared that he will be giving 12000 per month to each of the poorest family
which in his view are 20% of the population .
If I look from country’s growth
and development point of view I find it very damaging and backward oriented.
In this country many graduates or
even some professionals are earning salary less than 12000 per month so where
do you classify them Mr Rahul . Many sweeper , watchman , maid etc are earning
similar or less than 12000 p.m . So if I take 12000 as a cut off I don’t know
this will cover 20% or 30% or 40% of the population .
If anyone gets free 12000 per month
along with other subsidies why will he work. He will go back to his village and
this money is enough for livelihood there .
So is he planning to create an
IDLE POPULATION base when elected . Is he planning to create a lifelong
PARASITE base when elected .
Now lets talk of remaining ones .
lesser manpower will then be available for factories , industries , offices . workforce
demand exceeding the supply cost of labour force will increase . Demand for higher wages will rise and
Congress ally LEFT will get rebirth in form of organising bandh, dharna, strike
and also destruction of public property if demand not met . What will be the
level of productivity etc ?
Corporates , factories will be
forced to work on decreased capacity due to shortage in labour force leading to
lesser output , lesser sales , lesser revenue and lesser ECONOMIC GROWTH .
Mr Rahul Gandhi first learn how
to increase the country income, productivity and then talk of spending and
wasting the hard earned resources . You have not earned a single penny by
working so you can not understand this .
By the way Mr Rahul Gandhi who
will foot this socially and economically detrimental YOJNA – THE HONEST TAX PAYERS ?
In this country people now are
not covered under Pension scheme even after they will slog to work for 30-35
years . With increased cost of living in their old age they are having tough
time and you have this foolish thought of distributing free money to those not
working and also inducing them not to do work and sit idle at home .
Rahul Gandhi you are worth not
even becoming a MP forget becoming PM .

Farmers issue and ways to resolve it from root
Farmers issue and ways to resolve it from root
Last many years I have been hearing small farmers’ poor financial conditions leading them to distress and suicide as well. Politicians rather than resolving the issues have deliberately kept it alive for decades so as to corner the ruling party and use it as a tool during election for vote bank . Role of parties changes (ruling party becomes oppositions and vice versa) but game continues between politicians . Small farmer issue will remain as it is in next many elections and it will always be exploited by oppositions in every elections to come . Will be resolved only if solved from root
Situation Till now – loans given every now and then , loan waiver demand , loan waived , again fresh loan given …… and cycle continues and will keep continuing ……….. .
Situation Ahead – Small farmers plight will remain or even become worse till not resolved from root .
Lets’ examine the usage of Loans – Given for what ? to create fixed asset ( tractor, pump, generator etc ) or for working capital requirement ( seed , urea etc ) ? . Anyone who is poor , finding to meet his day to day expenses does long term asset creation has any meaning ? Will he use those bank loan money for said purpose or for meeting his day to day survival expenses ? If he is not having enough money to meet his normal living how he will meet asset maintenance expenses ( tractor repair , machine breakdown etc ) so at some stage that asset will be sold in secondary market . Now does it make any sense to give loan for asset creation to such farmers ?
Working capital loan – Most of the operational expenses ( sowing etc ) are either free or highly subsidized still why distress . Money is earned only when the agri products sold but expenses all 365 days . Have they kept their money safely or someone bluffed their ignorance and situation ? Did they use their expenses wisely and in staggered way ? Its obvious for many such type of people that once they get huge chunk they spend more and extravagantly initially only to realise the mistake when shortfall felt.
Cause of financial distress – Not able to pay the loan as earnings were/ are insufficient . So Cause is not loan but earnings .
Analysing the root cause - Why are small farmer poor and becoming poorer and earnings reducing and they are in debt trap , unable to pay loan and under financial strain ?.
They inherited a piece of land from their previous generations . Their forefathers were also farmers . earlier generations were having many children. land kept getting divided among all sons generation by generations . So each one getting a smaller piece of land for farming . Many might have sold some part of their land for medical reasons , educating children etc. . So the now net plaughble land has reduced further . ( LAND HOLDING REDUCED ) What about the size of each family ? Following similar trend as of earlier generations . The foodgrain outputs on that land will be of some limit and value . But cost of living has increased like anything due to nos to be fed , expenses for better lifestyle . Its very obvious that the earnings of such farmers are unsustainable to meet their life expenses . Even all form of free and highly subsidized inputs ( electricity, water , seeds , urea , crop insurance etc ) not able
to resolve the woes . So waiving farm loan will resolve his problem ?. NO and NEVER .
Solution –(1) ensure stable sustainable earning to meet his life and family expenses .
(2) Don’t burden him on debt through unnecessary loan if he is not able to meet the interest payout issue .
(2) Don’t burden him on debt through unnecessary loan if he is not able to meet the interest payout issue .
Execution of Solution –
• Average land productivity , produced farm product value and minimum sustenance expenses has to be determined for each such poor farmer land holding size wise . Gaps known i.e who can sustain their living from current productivity and who can not .
• Any fresh farm loans to such entities will keep causing distress to them so need to examine that should they be given loan now or till they reach a stage where can service their loan .
• Like Mutual Fund , pooled land farming concept has to be evolved . Like MF the real owners are investors but managed in most professional way same concept and legal entity has to be created . e.g lakhs of such farmers pool their land and it becomes say 50000 hectare of plaughble land managed ( farming ) by an legal expert entity.
• Ownership of that land legally will remain with that small farmers but as its sublet given to that legal entity only for farming . Each small farmer will be an owner of land chunk of land in proportionate basis .
• All cost , fixed and operational to be borne by that legal entity along with Government support and monitoring .
• Fixed cost inputs and regular expenses to be borne by that legally structured entity like tractors, seeds , electricity , crop insurance , store house etc . Government financial and other support providing on lease, rent etc .
• Each small farmers will have to act as compulsory as labourer and will be getting minimum monthly salary for monthly livelihood sustenance of their family . labour cost will be given to the real owner , he will work with full dedication as its his and it is also under his watchful eyes .
• Once produced , Agri product sold by legal entity as per pricing guidelines laid down by Government in organised and structured way in most transparent manner. The individual small farmer does not carry any burden of selling and marketing.
• Information of how much produced and the share of per farmer from the sale proceeds/ gain in proportion to his farm holding shared with them in most transparent way .
• Such farmers should also be encouraged and educated on regular saving , investment in right manner so that at some stage they are financially capable to do farming on their own , earn better living and grow as well.
